A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the activity. Refunds are not provided for cancellations made within a specific timeframe.

3. Risk and Liability

Adventure activities carry inherent risks. While we prioritize your safety, you agree that Create Himalaya Adventure will not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during our tours.

4. Health and Fitness

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in adequate physical condition for the activities they book. You must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your participation.

5. Changes and Cancellations

Create Himalaya Adventure reserves the right to change itineraries, services, or activities due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellations by the company, clients may be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
